Pet-Friendly Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets across designated outdoor lawn areas and selected ground-floor garden rooms. Please notify reservations in advance if you plan to bring a pet so appropriate rooms can be allocated.
Reservation & Cancellation Guidelines
- Cancellations received 7 days prior to check-in qualify for a full refund or date adjustment.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled arrival incur a 1-night retention fee.
- Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) is mandatory for all adult guests at registration.
